If you can not participate at the conference for unpredictable reasons after having registered, please send an e-mail to the organizers as follows:

 

• For cancellation of your talk or poster please fill out the form at the Notice Board.

 

• For cancellation of conference participation  please inform Mrs. Beatrice Hensel ()

If you have already paid the registration fee at the time of the cancellation we will contact you by e-mail regarding the reimbursement of the fee.

In case of cancellation of the conference participation after 10 February 2017 a cancellation fee of 20, - EUR will be deducted in reimbursement.

For cancellations after 31 March 2017 is no refund possible.

Please note that the refund will granted after the DPG Spring Meetings earliest mid-April 2017.
